Fujitsu hire HR Director

Fujitsu has appointed an HR Director, Head of HR, Full Portfolio Countries, EMEIA [sic].

Bernadette Bruton joins from BT, where she was Organisation Health Director. This was her second position at the telecommunications company, having joined in September 2012. Her first role was Director of Programmes (HR, Workforce Management).

She has also held senior HR positions at Virgin Money (Head of HR Strategy and Organisation Transformation) and Northern Rock (Head of HR Strategy and Organisation Development).

She graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance in 1989.
