There are three things millennials want from their future employers according to the Global Shapers Annual Survey 2015.
The World Economic Forum conducted the survey. The organisation polled more than 1,000 people between 20 and 30 in 125 countries.
The results reveal three things that millennials are looking for in an employer. Oliver Cann is a Director and Head of Media Content at the World Economic Forum. He wrote in a blog post: “There might be a generational shift under way in the concept of work, with millennials prioritising the opportunity to make a difference in their society and the ability to learn over straightforward career advancement.”
The survey revealed that the chance of career advancement was the top attribute of the surveyed millennials. 48% chose it among their top three attributes of what they would like from an employer.
