Recruiter says tech bonuses are four-times national average

The UK’s tech workers’ salaries have grown five per cent over the last year, according to new research.

The tech recruiter Greythorn’s study found that these staff shared a bonus of £3.25bn in 2015.

City A.M report the average IT worker’s bonus to be 12% of the average salary at £6, 681. This is four times higher than the average UK bonus.

Tech workers in the professional services sector are doing better, with an average salary of £72, 867.
