Towergate announce Group HR Director

Towergate has a new Group HR Director.

Catherine Lynch joins from BGL Group, where she was Group HR and Communications Director.

She has also worked for Barclaycard Europe as Head of HR, and Santander UK as HR Director.

Lynch said: “From the time I have spent talking to my new colleagues, I have quickly sensed an ambition for Towergate to become a truly exceptional workplace, supported by an HR function which enables change and drives a high performing culture.
