Morrisons appoints Head of HR

Morrisons has hired a Head of HR.

Charlotte Exell had previously been at Marks and Spencer since February 2002, when she joined as a HR Project Manager/HR Manager.

Six years later she became Head of Region HR Business Partner. She became Head of Region HR Business Partner Simply Food & UK Franchise in August 2012. Seven months later, her role became Head of Region HR Business Partner again, which was her last position at the company.

She has also worked as a Personnel & Training Manager for Sainsbury’s.
