Hays selects new Group Director

Hays has appointed a Group Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Director.

The recruitment consultancy has promoted Yvonne Smyth who began her career with them in 2000. Smyth is also the Chair of Hays Leading Women, a network aimed at professional experienced businesswomen. In her new role, Smyth will coordinate diversity for Hays as well as continuing to promote inclusion within the company.
