The HR sector is expected to undergo a “radical change”, according to a recruitment company.
PageGroup recently conducted a study of the HR landscape in 65 countries. The recruitment company surveyed over 2,500 HR leaders. The Global Insights HR Barometer looked at a range of different industries. Researchers gathered key information on recruitment plans, key priorities and strategic initiatives.
The results reveal that 48% of HR leaders expect their workforce to grow over the next 12 months. This suggests that recruitment will become a concern for HR over time.

However, the exponential growth and evolution in technology, means that the HR industry will be at the frontline of a talent war that is set to spread to other sectors.
