How can HR change and adapt using technology?
“HR has three big opportunities through the adoption of new technologies.
“The first is how the adoption of technology can improve HR ‘customer’ service for employees. Increasing numbers of HR functions are recognising that employees are consumers of their services and as a result are focusing on the experience of using HR’s services. Technology can improve the interaction with HR via more intelligent portals or mobile self-services, and is at the heart of changing the impression of HR’s service.
