The Capital’s most luxurious office space has been revealed.
According to the Evening Standard, the office has an Armani-inspired design, switch-free lighting and gold-plated bathrooms which are just a few of the lavish touches in the office.
Enstar Capital, the real estate investment group has just spent £3million developing this office in Mayfair. This is the equivalent of £500 per square foot which makes it the most expensive in the city.
The property situated at 54 Brook Mews will have employees living an extravagant worklife. According to the Guardian, they will be surrounded by washrooms designed to look like the Armani hotel in Italy, pre-programmed lighting and in-office dining by La Petite Maison. The architects Stiff & Trevllion who were responsible for the design also imported timber flooring from a 16th century Tuscan monastery and included a rooftop terrace.
