The issue of fostering a healthy work-life balance has gained more and more momentum in the previous months. Competing companies are routinely offering remote working and flexible hours as a means to draw in top talent.

A new survey, conducted by Glassdoor, has compiled the top 20 careers to pursue in order to balance work and life, with HR being listed twice in the top 10.
