Burberry create new role of Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer

Burberry’s new Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer joins from Diageo, where she was Global HR Director.

Leanne Wood had been at the wine and spirts company since August 2000. She held many senior HR positions, including HR Director and Talent Strategy Director.

She was also worked for Dunkin’ Brands, Allied Domecq, and LEK Consulting.

In her new role she will be responsible for corporate affairs and HR for the firm globally.
