Hitachi Rail Europe hire HR Director

Hitachi Rail Europe has appointed a HR Director.

Matt Watson’s previous job as an interim position at ScotRail (a subsidiary of Abellio Group) – Business Transformation Director.

He has also held senior HR positons at Southern Railways (HR Director), NHS – Plymouth NHS Trust (Head of Workforce Development and Strategy), Carlisle (Group HR Director), and Caradon (Director of HR – Ideal Boilers).

He graduated from the University of Wales, Swansea in 1991 with a BSc in Management Science.
