Lucinda Charles-Jones, Group HR Director at AXA UK and Ireland, does not want to become ‘the cathedral in the desert.’

What do you think is key to being successful in your role?

I have joined AXA at a really dynamic time - we are increasingly looking to transform our business, innovate in what we do and deepen our relationships with our customers as we move into the next phase of our growth in what is a competitive marketplace.    

My track record has been in leading transformational change, developing great HR teams, and being commercial and business led.
