Would you be more productive during a six-hour work day?
Sweden is continuing to set an example for work-like balance, as more and more companies in the country experiment with less hours.
The changes have been made in order to allow staff to spend more free time at home or with loved ones. Businesses are hoping that the revised hours will incentivise the staff into being more productive whilst in the office.
Linus Feldt, CEO of Stockholm-based app developer Filimundus, explained in an interview with Fast Company just how successful the initiative has been. He said: “I think the eight-hour workday is not as effective as one would think.
