New Group Head of Reward at Tullow Oil

Tullow Oil has hired a Group Head of Reward.

John Machin joins from William Hill, where he was Head of Reward & Engagement from December 2012 to July 2015.

He has also held Global Head of C&B positions at Misys (June 2011 to October 2012) and Christie’s (January 2004 to December 2010).  

He has also worked for Pricewaterhousecoopers, Monks Partnership, Royal Mail Parcelforce, and The Post Office.
