Shop Direct Head of Employee Relations promoted to Director after 9 months

Shop Direct’s Director of Employee Relations & Engagement joined the company in January 2015.

Colin Watt joined from Telefonica.

He held two positons in two years at Telefonica - Director of People Development & Engagement, and HR Director, Global Talent.

He has also held senior HR positions at Telefonica O2 UK (Head of UK Business Partners and European Employee Relations) and Co-operative Financial Services (Head of Employee Relations).
