Companies that value employees the most revealed

Throughout 2015, The Financial Times conducted a survey to identify the businesses with the largest revenue.

Using these results, Expert Market compiled a list of the top companies with the most valued employees.

The total number of workers in each company ranges from 9,015 to 94,000. The average revenue per employee is £3.8million.  

Phillips 66 ranked the highest, with each of their 14,000 employees equating to £7.5million
