A new humanitarian benefits programme has been launched in the UK, offering businesses the chance to give their employees maternity leave gifts, whilst supporting orphaned children around the world.
From Babies with Love provides expectant workers with a parcel containing organic baby clothes and gifts whilst promising to donate 100% of its profit to abandoned children. Speaking to HR Grapevine, Cecilia Crossley, Founder of From Babies with Love, explains how the innovative scheme links HR and Corporate Responsibility in a new and relevant way.
