Interim Head of Reward hired at Dixons Carphone

Dixons Carphone’s Interim Head of Reward (UK and Ireland) has previous held an interim position at Sky – Interim Head of Incentives.

Seth Russell has also held senior C&B positions at Three UK (Director of Reward) and BBC Worldwide (Head of Remuneration & Benefits).

He has been a Non-Executive Remuneration Committee Member for Amnesty International and Trustee/Deputy Chair for Daisy’s Dream.

He graduated from Queen Mary University of London with BSc in Politics with Economics in 1981.
