Head of People and Workforce hired at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office

There is a new Head of People and Workforce at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

Teresa Newell has spent nearly twenty years in the civil service. In October 1999 she joined Department for Environment, Food, & Rural Affairs as a Deputy Director, HR. In March 2013 she was promoted to HR Director. That November she moved to the UK Ministry of Justice as Deputy Director, Capability. At the turn of 2015 she moved to the Cabinet Office as Deputy Director, Workforce Reform.
