Amazon male staff complain over lack of toilets

Amazon has come under fire once again for unsuitable working conditions in one of their buildings.

According to files acquired from the Washington State Department of Labour and Industries, Amazon employees are continuously complaining that there aren’t enough men’s bathrooms to accommodate all the male employees working at the company.   

The building concerned, known as Blackfoot, houses around 150 men on one single floor with access to just four toilets. Amazon then promised to build extra toilets, despite pointing out that they were meeting the required standards.

Speaking to Geek Wire, one male Amazonian explained his daily routine of waiting in long lines, looking around different floors before finding an empty cubicle. Another worker commented: “People don’t complain. They just get used to it.”
