TSB Bank appoints HR Director

TSB Bank has hired a Director of HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations.

Kim Clarke joins from the Aviva Group where she has most recently the HR Director for Integration.

She has over a quarter of a century’s worth of experience in HR. She was worked for AXA, TNT International, Forte Hotels and British Rail.

Commenting on Clarke’s appointment, Rachel Lock, HR Director at TSB, says: “I’m delighted to announce Kim’s appointment and I look forward to working closely with her.  Kim has a wealth of HR experience and her proven track record for building business capability, through organisational design and people strategy, will be invaluable to us as our business grows.”
