Former Lorna Jane Manager told: 'Skip meals, live off coffee, and hit the gym'

An ex-Lorna Jane Store Manager is suing the company after being told to skip meals and live off coffee in order to fulfil the fitness firm’s philosophy of: “Move, nourish, believe.”

The Courier Mail reported that Amy Robinson, who is a size 14, claims to have been bullied by her bosses about her weight and forced to work in unsafe conditions.

Speaking to The Courier Mail, Robinson says: “I'm a mum with kids, and a senior staff member would constantly suggest I skip lunch, or make offhand comments about my lifestyle choices.

“[Some staff] would often skip meals and live on coffee, and [they] tried to encourage us to do the same thing. We were meant to be nourishing our bodies but we were never allowed to do that.
