Tech firms must create 'extremely strong' EVP to overcome skills shortage

Recruiters should create strong employee value propositions to overcome the skills shortage in the technology sector, a specialist has argued.

As 43% of the vacancies in STEM sectors are hard to fill according to a report from the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, one HR Director thinks that she might have a solution to the problem.

Wendy Merry is the Group HR Director at Civica. The company is a market-leading specialist in software, technology and outsourcing services.
