Employees at Hilton Worldwide have contributed to a series of videos that provide guidance to candidates who wish to work in hospitality.

The video above is titled ‘Young People in Business,’ and asks workers what those just entering the company can give. Energy, hard work, and an open mind are all advocated.

Another video is titled ‘First days at work,’ and staff give tips to anyone who is about to start their first day in the industry.
