Yorkshire Building Society Group has hired Head of People Risk

Natalie Saunders has an extensive law background, having worked for Genus Law as Head of Employment, Pharos Legal as Managing Director, and Berwins Solicitors as HR Director and Head of Employment Law.

The remit for the Oxford University graduate will be: “to deliver an efficient and effective People Risk service across the Group, supported by a 5 strong team. Together we ensure that risks related to people are effectively identified, monitored and managed. This includes the risks people bring to the organisation and the risks the organisation presents to its people.”
