Rolls-Royce appoint Global Head of Executive Reward

Rolls-Royce has hired a Global Head of Executive Reward

Natasha Rice was previously an employee for Telefonica; firstly as Director of Reward and Recognition from January 2009 to February 2014 for Telefonica Europe O2, and then as a Deputy Global Reward Director and Reward Strategy from March 2014 to June 2015 for Telefonica SA.

She has also worked for Vodafone and Arthur Andersen & Co.

She graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in History in 1998.
