This Saturday, Sally Read-Cayton won the 400m at the World Championships. She recorded a time of 60.05 - her fastest time for five years.
Representing Great Britain in the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) World Championships in the masters category for the event, she beat reigning champion, New Zealander, Liz Wilson.
And as if a gold medal at the world championships wasn’t impressive enough, the 50-year-old holds down a full-time job as a Partner at Financial firm, Foster Denovo.
