Scope hire HR Director

Scope’s new Director of HR and OD joins from Capita HR Solutions.

In his previous role, Mark Grimley was tasked with: “Delivering a new model for local government with Capita's expertise in BPO and efficiency, a new role for HR and LB Barnet's One Barnet transformation programme.”

Grimley has also held senior HR positions at Plymouth City Council (Assistant Director, HR &OD); London Borough of Tower Hamlets (Assistant Director Organisational Development); and Croydon Council (Head of HR & OD Business & Performance).

He graduated from Roehampton University with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Social Policy & Administration on 1997.
