Royal London has hired a Head of Reward.
Stephan Gambles joins from Coventry Building Society, where he was Head of HR Reward and People Proposition for five months.
He has also worked for Santander, AAH Pharmaceuticals, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1997 with a BSc Applied in Earth Sciences; Environmental Geology.
