Costain Group's Head of Recruitment found within

Costain Group’s Recruitment Manager is now their Head of Recruitment.

Michaela Poust joined in July 2014 as Recruitment Manager, having left her position of Resourcing Manager at Skanska UK.

She has also worked for Warner Bros, Kroll, and Robert Half International.

She graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 1991.
