Almost half of UK workers claim they dislike their boss more than Katie Hopkins, according to a new report.
The survey, carried out by B2B marketplace Approved Index, asked over 1,300 employees questions about their managers. The results showed that 42% have gone so far as to quit their jobs because of their boss, with a staggering 44% claiming they hate their current boss more than controversial TV personality Hopkins.
Trilby Rajna, Spokeswoman for Approved Index, explained the nature of the report, saying: "These results are concerning. With the developments in technology, it has become difficult for employees to disconnect from work when they leave the office.”
“The relationship between bosses and their employees is an interesting concept and it’s really important to have a good working environment. It’s something that we really pride ourselves on something here so we just wanted to see how people are feeling in their jobs with their relationships with their boss.”
