2015 has seen a lot of reward for employees with benevolent CEOs.
The Turkish CEO of Yemeksepeti treated employees to £152,000 each after selling the company; the CEO of Infitus spent £11million flying his workers to Thailand; and the CEO of Tiens took half his staff to Monaco to celebrate their 20th anniversary.
Reward Gateway’s workforce of 269 received a shared payment of £6.5million when the company was sold to Great Hill Partners.
