Well announce HR Director

The new HR Director at Well, formerly known as The Co-operative Pharmacy, has joined from Asda.

Tracy Barton was a Senior Director of Organisational Effectiveness before leaving. She led the company’s people change agenda.  

She has also worked for Tesco as HR director for One Stop Convenience Stores.

At Well, Barton will be supporting the business to successfully separate from the Co-operative.
