PayPlan appoint Head of People Development

Payplan have hired a Head of People Development.

Ella Keyes joins from National Sales Academy, where she was Head of Client Services for nine months. She had previously been National Sales Training Manager for eight months.

She has also worked for Baines & Ernst, Phones4u, and Faith Footwear.
