AXA announces Group HR Director

AXA have appointed a Group HR Director.

Lucinda Charles-Jones’ was initially recruited in an interim capacity, but, as of 1st August 2015, it has been made a permanent position.

In her new position she will be responsible for developing the HR strategy and people plans to support the organisation’s goals and to build the capability and culture for the future.

Speaking to HR Grapevine, Charles-Jones said: “I’m really delighted to be joining AXA, it’s a great organisation with some really talented people. It has a real people-focused and customer-focused culture. So I’m delighted to be here; there are lots of great things on the horizon for AXA.”
