Lloyds Bank appoint HR Director

Lloyds Banking Group have hired a HR Director, Risk Division.

Katherine Sargent has been with the company since September 2008, when she ended her seven year stay at BAE Systems to join as a HR Business Partner.

She was since promoted to Senior Manager, Organisation Effectiveness; Head of Talent and Development, Group Executive Functions; and Head of HR, Risk Division.

She has also worked for Elan IT as IT Recruitment Consultant.
