Companies looking to improve their recruitment should step up their employer branding game on Twitter, according to EmptyLemon.
The UK-based job board has spent the last year improving The Donkey Sanctuary’s employer brand online in general and on Twitter in particular.
Jo Rowbotham is a Marketing Manager at EmptyLemon.
She tells Recruitment Grapevine: “For The Donkey Sanctuary, we went further than usual employer profiles to fully brand its recruitment page on EmptyLemon, as well as including live Twitter feeds and an existing branded video explaining the work of The Donkey Sanctuary.”
