Wall Street interns don't have time to use the bathroom

Wall Street is known to be notoriously tough on the new interns, however one insider has revealed that they are not even given enough time to use the toilet.

Talking to Business Insider, the source explained that whilst the investment blanking placements were expected to pull all-nighters, the graduates in the sales and trade divisions were worked to the bone each and every day.

Having to withstand constant hazing, palmed off as a “rite of passage”, and denied even the basic human right of going to the bathroom.

The intern explained: "You’re constantly in your seat, glued to your monitors with the market. You can’t miss a single thing — you can’t miss a single call, you can’t miss a single trade, you can’t even go to the restroom."
