New VP HR at Cisco

Cisco have hired a Vice President - HR Global Sales, Americas & Culture.

Charlie Johnston has been at Cisco since May 2007. While ther he has held the positions of HR Director, UK & Ireland, and Vice President – HR, EMEAR. As HR Director, UK & Ireland, he “led the HR team responsible for HR services to a diverse employee population across the UK and Ireland.”

He previous employer was IBM. He started there in 1996.

He graduated from the University of Stirling with a BA Hons in HR Management in 1996.
