Deutsche Bank appoint Global Head of People Analytics

Deutsche Bank have hired a Global Head of People Analytics.

Dr Steve Taylor has been with Deutsche Bank since November 2011. He previously held the position of Global Co-Head of HRMI & People Analytics.

Before joining Deutsche Bank he was at PwC for eight years and five months.

He graduated from the University of Southampton with a BSc in Geology in 1997. He completed his PhD in Earth Science at the University of Reading in 2000, and was a Research Fellow for Meteorology at the University of Reading until 2003.
