New website generates excuses for staff to work from home

A new website is offering employee’s crowdsourced excuses for not going into work.

“WFH.Ninja” or “Working From Home Ninja” produces a range of tailored excuses, from the mundane to the extreme, as to why you could potentially not make it into the office today.

Created by Christina Ng, Product Manager at social marketing company Dynamic Signal, the site conjures up a myriad of reasons from “I ran out of gas” to “I’m awaiting on an amazon prime delivery” to even “I just spent the past couple of hours in the bathroom. Don't ask.”

The site produces a one sentence stand-alone excuse, to which the user can select “This won’t fly”, to reject, or “Hell yeah” to accept.
