The 20 best businesses for work-life balance have been revealed.

The research from Glassdoor show that a healthy balance between personal life and professional life plays a key role in employee satisfaction. Recent figures have shown that 61% of employees work during annual leave.

UK based employees were asked to rank companies based on the best work-life balance.

Topping the list in the top five are Euromonitor, followed by the Bank of England, MediaMath, Unibet and Equal Experts.
