Activity in the UK executive search industry is continuing to rise for a second consecutive year according to the latest annual report from Executive Grapevine (EG).
The Board & Leadership UK Executive Search Market Report shows that the Net Fee Income (NFI) Growth in executive search has risen by 8.3% like-for-like, slowing slightly from last year’s 8.5% rise.
This is the second successive year of positive year on year NFI growth and the fourth year of recovering revenues for the industry.
Helen Fish, CEO of Executive Grapevine, says: “This slight slowdown in growth reflects the difficulty organisations now face when hiring at an executive level. Businesses are facing increasing scrutiny and regulation when hiring and it’s for this reason that headhunters remain the best place to go to find top talent.
