New Head of HR at International Rectifier

There is a new Head of HR at International Rectifier, an Infineon Technologies Company.

Before joining the semiconductors company, Simon Argent had spent a year as Senior HR Change Advisor at UK Ministry of Defence – Defence Equipment and Support.

His other two senior HR jobs have been at TT Electronics.

From August 2011 to June 2012 he was HR Director Europe – Components Division, where he provided HR direction to four manufacturing operations in the UK, one in Salzburg and a greenfield start up in Romania.
