Graduate Trainee works way up to Head of HR at Henry Boot

Henry Boot’s new Head of HR started out as a Graduate Trainee in September 2001.

Rachel White joined from Ben Bailey Homes, where she was an Executive Assistant for two years.

She was promoted to HR Officer in 2004. She received another promotion in 2007, to Senior HR Advisor, and another in 2010 when she became Group HR Manager, a position she held until receiving this promotion.

She graduated from the University of Humberside with a BA in Law and Business Studies in 1999, and graduated from the University of Hull in 2012 with an MSc in HR Management.
