AXA choose to hire an Interim Group HR Director

AXA’s new Interim Group HR Director re-joins the company having already filled an Interim role at the insurance company four years ago. 

Lucinda Charles-Jones moves from Towergate, where she was Group HR Director for three years.

She has also had an Interim role at Barclays in 2005.

The Interim spell at Barclays was as Interim HR Director, UK Retail Bank. Whilst there she was providing cover for a substantial HR Director role, including leadership to HR team and developing people strategy and plan.
