Why the LinkedIn Co-Founder still works seven days a week

LinkedIn Co-Founder Reid Hoffman is, by his own confession, an “extremely busy” man.

As well as the current position at LinkedIn, he is a Partner with Greylock Ventures. He sits on multiple boards (including Mozilla), and is an investor in dozens of other companies such as Airbnb, Coupons.com, Facebook, and Zynga.

He also volunteers at Kiva.org, Endeavor, and the MIT Media Lab.

When asked by Fortune editor Adam Lashinsky, at the Fortune Brainstorm Tech conference, how he manages it all, Hoffman said he spends Mondays at Greylock, sends Tuesday through Friday at LinkedIn, and, at weekends: “spends time on whatever fire burning brightest … something strategic … [or] on some project I want to move forward."
