IBM is to offer a breast milk shipping service for working mothers that are away on business, allowing them to send it home temperature-controlled packaging.
The US tech giant hopes the move will help to attract and retain more women by alleviating one of the worries faced should they be away on business.
“We are going to experiment with this and see how many women are interested," said Barbara Brickmeier, Vice President of Benefits at IBM, speaking to Fortune.
"As long as it appeals to a segment of our population and they feel that they can better balance their work and home, we will continue it."
