Kraft Heinz Company appoint new SVP of Global Human Resources

The Kraft Heinz Company has announced that the appointment of a new SVP of Global Human Resources, Performance and IT.

The recipient of this position is Melissa Werneck. Previously working at America Latina Logistica, Werneck began as the People & Total Quality Management Senior Manager, before progressing to the Director of the role and then the Chief Vice President.

Since joining the Company in July 2013, Werneck has led Heinz’s talent development and the Integrated Management System, which includes the Management by Objectives (MBO) Programme.
